Force Majeure

  • Adcruize Agency will not be liable for failure to perform duties under these Terms due to events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
